I must say that the service and hospitality of the staff in this hotel was excellent! They were always willing to help us with directions and recommendations for things to do. The location is also very convenient, as we were within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms were clean and tidy, which was a plus.

They were extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. the noise level in the surroundings was quite high, especially in the early mornings, which made it difficult to sleep in.

I truly appreciated the great water pressure and temperature in the shower during my stay at Heera. The location was also ideal, just a short walk away from Sudder Street. The room was comfortable and relatively clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value for money.

The lift is too small and can only accommodate a maximum of 2-3 people at a time.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the good Wi-Fi connection and the convenience of having hot water without any issues. the hotel was centrally located and allowed me to easily access key attractions and restaurants in the area.

The bathroom was dirty and there was no shelf or rack to place my toiletries. The bed linen and towels were also not up to mark, and the room was cramped, offering little space for movement.
